Naman Maheshwari
He is a Chartered Accountant and the Director of Finance Strategy of a sustainability based start- up ‘ExploreiT’ which specialises in undertaking projects around sustainability. ExploreiT provides end-to-end services to corporates, institutions and organisations helping them to fulfil their commitments towards ESG, CSR and community outreach.
Shivam Singh
Alumnus from SCMS Pune, completed his MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur. He is the founder and CEO of a sustainability based start-up ‘ExploreiT’ which specialises in undertaking projects around sustainability. He has collaborated and worked with various Government Institutes, Municipal Corporations, International NGOs, Universities and various Corporate Business Entities including Serum Institute of India, ICICI Bank, HSBC, etc.
Sathya Natrajan
Sathya Natarajan is the CEO of the Climate Troopers Foundation, a non-profit wing of ExploreiT, dedicated to promoting sustainable development and societal change. With over 25 years of experience in product development, customer success, and technical support, Sathya is passionate about empowering individuals to become climate warriors through innovative solutions.

Our Mentors
Dr. Erach Bharucha
Dr. Erach Bharucha is a renowned environmental educator and conservationist, as well as a surgeon and surgery teacher. He has dedicated over five decades to wildlife conservation and was honored with the Sanctuary Nature Foundation’s Lifetime Service Award 2023. He has served on numerous committees and organizations, including the National Tiger Conservation Authority and WWF-India. A significant milestone in his career was the establishment of the Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of Environment Education and Research (BVIEER), where he has mentored thousands of students and teachers.
Dr. Subhajit Mukherjee
Subhajit, the founder of Mission Green Mumbai, is recognized as a “Water Hero” of India for his significant contributions to environmental conservation. He has planted over 60,000 trees and installed more than 1,500 rainwater harvesting percolation pits. His initiatives, such as Project Green Schools, Farmer’s Livelihood Project, Mini Urban Forest Creation, and #CatchTheRain, have made a substantial impact. His work in water conservation, particularly the “Jal Shakti Abhiyan” which engaged over 40,000 youth, was acknowledged by the Prime Minister of India.
Nita Ganguly
Mrs. Nita Ganguly is an educator who has dedicated her career to environmental education and climate leadership. She was recognized as a Climate Leader by former U.S. Vice President Al Gore in 2008 and has since been actively involved in climate education and advocacy through several CR presentations, hands-on workshops and mentoring programs. She has also authored several books on environmental issues. Currently, she is a member of the Climate Education Advisory Board and the National Coordinator for Waste Management for The Climate Reality Project-India.
