DIRECTOR, STRATEGY & FINANCE

 

A Chartered Accountant and Director of Finance Strategy at ExploreiT, he oversees sustainability projects. ExploreiT supports corporates, institutions, and organizations in fulfilling ESG, CSR, and community outreach commitments.

Shivam Singh

FOUNDER and CEO

 

An SCMS Pune alumnus with an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur, he is the founder and CEO of ExploreiT, a sustainability-focused startup. He has collaborated with government bodies, municipal corporations, international NGOs, universities, and corporate giants like Serum Institute of India, ICICI Bank, and HSBC.

Sathya Natrajan

CEO - CLIMATE TROOPERS FOUDATION

 

Sathya Natarajan, CEO of the Climate Troopers Foundation, the non-profit wing of ExploreiT, drives sustainable development and societal change. With 25+ years in product development, customer success, and tech support, he empowers individuals as climate warriors through innovative solutions.

Dr. Erach Bharucha

Environmental Educator, Conservationist, Photographer, Surgeon

Dr. Erach Bharucha is a renowned environmental educator and conservationist, as well as a surgeon and surgery teacher. He has dedicated over five decades to wildlife conservation and was honored with the Sanctuary Nature Foundation’s Lifetime Service Award 2023. He has served on numerous committees and organizations, including the National Tiger Conservation Authority and WWF-India. A significant milestone in his career was the establishment of the Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of Environment Education and Research (BVIEER), where he has mentored thousands of students and teachers.

Dr. Subhajit Mukharjee

Founder of Mission Green Mumbai, Founder and CEO of ExploreiT

Dr. Subhajit Mukherjee, the founder of Mission Green Mumbai, is recognized as a “Water Hero” of India for his significant contributions to environmental conservation. He has planted over 60,000 trees and installed more than 1,500 rainwater harvesting percolation pits. His initiatives, such as Project Green Schools, Farmer’s Livelihood Project, Mini Urban Forest Creation, and #CatchTheRain, have made a substantial impact. His work in water conservation, particularly the “Jal Shakti Abhiyan” which engaged over 40,000 youth, was acknowledged by the Prime Minister of India.

Nita Ganguly

An Educator, Author, Motivator, Climate Reality Leader – Mentor, TEDx speaker, Humanist

Mrs. Nita Ganguly is an educator who has dedicated her career to environmental education and climate leadership. She was recognized as a Climate Leader by former U.S. Vice President Al Gore in 2008 and has since been actively involved in climate education and advocacy through several CR presentations, hands-on workshops and mentoring programs. She has also authored several books on environmental issues. Currently, she is a member of the Climate Education Advisory Board and the National Coordinator for Waste Management for The Climate Reality Project-India.
